The 2024 Buzzards and Bees music festival is happening on October 18th and 19th. In 2024 we were able to showcase 70+ bands in 10 different venues around Downtown Provo--we are excited to build on that momentum! This year, we are looking for artists and bands to participate in Buzzards & Bees on Saturday, Oct 19th. If you are interested and available, fill out your information here to be considered. We will respond back to you a few weeks after submissions are closed to inform you if you have been accepted into the festival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION + REQUIREMENTS TO CONSIDER IF ACCEPTED:

Buzzards and Bees is meant to be a unique experience. Therefore, performers are required to dress up in Halloween costumes for their show to create a truly memorable festival (it's fun!).
Showtimes are between 3-11 pm on Saturday the 19th. You will be assigned a time slot and venue in Downtown Provo and must be available to play within that window wherever you are assigned. Please keep in mind that we have a very tight schedule and you will need to be ready at least 30 minutes before your set to get ready for your show.
Presale tickets determine a large part of what you will be paid. With so many bands playing at the same time, it's essential that you rally your fans to not only come to the festival, but to come to your show. The success of this festival really comes down to you!
You will be given physical tickets and a unique digital promo code in order for us to track your ticket sales.
Artist/Band check-in is required a minimum of 2 hours before your show on Saturday the 19th.
You must be able to send a representative to get squared up on your ticket sales the night before your show at our Goth Prom event, on the evening of Friday the 18th.
Love your sound technician and stage managers! They are our eyes and ears at the festival and play a key part in reviewing your performance, including your audience size and attitude--which could potentially impact your payment as well.
